THREE SIMPLE TONING EXERCISES FOR FIRM SKIN
1. ARM LIFTS WITH FREE WEIGHTS
- Holding free weights, stand with your arms down by your side and face your wrists behind you
- Lift both arms up to the level of your shoulders and slowly lower back down
- Repeat ten times and do three sets, resting in between each set
2. BALANCED LEG LIFTS
- Start on the ground in a full push-up position, making sure your body is in a straight line from your head to your heels
- Shift your weight to your left hand, stack your right foot on top of your left foot and reach your right arm up to the sky
- Lift your right leg up about 10cm and lower - five times
3. GO FOR A RUN
Running is one of the best ways to improve your circulation and cardio fitness.
